Cook with Building Feasts – How To Friday Night Dinner
Sign up to be notified when back in stock
Regardless of heritage or practice, Friday Night Dinner is the highlight of my week and a feast I love to honour. My version celebrates a multi generational gathering of friends and family around the table with a meal that acts as the vehicle for the gathering, and around here it definitely diverts from the traditional. There is no chicken soup (that’s saved for midweek) and no formal setting, but there is usually roast chicken. The feast changes on a weekly basis with new dishes to celebrate the custom of togetherness.
Please join me on 6th March as I show you my tips and tricks for cooking for a crowd without breaking a sweat and the greatest hits that will draw back the masses time and time again.
As always we will taste all the dishes together on the night so come ready to nosh!
Places are limited so do not hesitate. I can’t wait to cook and have so much fun in the kitchen with you.
The event will take place in my home in Central London, closest tube Maida Valen. I will send out the address on confirmation of booking.
Cancellation policy: full refund up to 5 days before the event.
