This was my first time ever in a television studio, in front of a camera and just for a complete baptism of fire, the show is LIVE on national television. No pressure then……….oh, did I mention I was also cooking for a Michelin starred chef?
What an incredible experience it was. And luckily it forced me to get this year’s Rosh Hashanah menu together.
So for those of you who are still scratching their heads about what to make for this weekend’s festive feast, I thought I would share what I am making for a little inspiration.
